Capacity-planning payload: resolves employees matching filter.team_uid plus optional employee_filter_rules, then returns each employee's scheduled jobs, workload stats (work_mins/available_mins), and skills, plus optionally matching routes. filter.team_uid is sent as a literal dotted-key field, not nested JSON, and is required. If no employees match the team/filter criteria, returns empty results without ever querying jobs.
