Links one or more properties to a customer. module must literally be "PROPERTY" (and enabled for the company) — currently the only supported value. If every property_uid in the array doesn't resolve, the whole request fails; already-linked properties are silently skipped. Also reconciles the customer's address list: an existing matching address gets the property_id stamped on it, otherwise a new address entry is added.
