Reconciles a Stripe PaymentIntent against an invoice after the client has confirmed payment with Stripe (requires the PaymentIntent status to already be 'succeeded'). This is a confirm/finalize step for a Stripe-based intent created via Create Invoice Payment Intent — not a generic manual/offline payment recorder. On success it marks the invoice paid (or partially paid), appends to status_history, and may email a payment receipt.
