Legacy combo endpoint that bundles a note and/or attachment onto an estimate in one call — distinct from the current Add Estimate Attachments endpoint. Request is wrapped under an estimate key despite the singular naming; unlike the current attachments endpoint, this has no bulk support, no visible_to_customer, no URL-extension validation, and doesn't write to the activity/audit trail.
