Same operation as Update Line Item Option, applied to multiple line items in one call. Partial-success tolerant: each item is validated independently, successful updates are written atomically in one update, and failures are reported back without aborting the batch. Returns 400 only if zero items succeed. If the same line_item_uid appears twice, the last one wins.
